Our College Prep Workshops and Training have successfully ushered Colorado Musical Theatre Students into these BFA MT Programs; PACE, Carnegie Melon, Boston Conservatory, Shenandoah Conservatory, NYU, James Madison, the Hartt School, Montclair, Doane University, Michigan, Texas State, Lipscomb, Belmont, Utah University, PENN State and Molloy/CAP21.

We believe first and foremost that College Prep is good, solid training leading up to your Junior and Senior year of High School so you are prepared for this rigorous process. Consistent Dance, Voice and Acting coaching, classes and training are a must in order to succeed. Our workshops focus on making sure the student has the proper tools, resources and information for their college audition process. This includes, song preparation, song cuts, and choosing material, monologue preparation, dance technique, mock dance auditions, pictures and resumes, personal styling, and details regarding programs, combined auditions, visiting schools and all other information.

Since 2016, Kevin Covert, Head of Musical Theatre at Shenandoah Conservatory  and Broadway Veteran has joined Caroline B. Younger in Denver for annual College Prep Workshops. Mr. Covert is also available for ZOOM Coaching. Ms. Younger has choreographed Pre Screen College Dance Videos for many students and continues to offer this as well as her weekly dance classes which give her students an edge in their dance auditions.

Covert and Younger make a strong team and their students get acceptances. This is the premiere College Prep Workshop in Colorado and one of the strongest in the country. Working with Kevin Covert, a current professor at one of the top ten hottest MT programs will give the student invaluable experience that leads to success.

Kevin Covert (Song Interpretation, Song and Monologue Coaching) performed in the the Broadway Productions of Spamalot, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and Memphis. He is the current head of Musical Theatre at Shenandoah Conservatory. An invaluable educator, Kevin helps the student zero in on their unique, personal presentation of songs, coaches acting in an intuitive way that gets the performer to the truth of their material and is an incredibly supportive, helpful mentor. Caroline B. Younger (Dance Technique in Ballet, Modern, Jazz and Tap, Pre Screen Dance Videos, Mock Dance Auditions) is the owner and visionary behind WABI theatre and dance. The program has brought NYC Style Training to CO. Her weekly classes prepare students to conquer dance auditions and instill a love of movement. Caroline's vast performance experienc coupled with her nurturing, disciplined, inspriring no nonsense approach to teaching and passion for dance and choreography make her a solid teacher/coach and mentor. Her number one goal? Training her students for success and fullfillment.
